Welcome María Salaberry

English Mindset is proud to announce that Ms María Salaberry of Bahía Blanca, Argentina, has joined our teaching staff.   She brings with her many years of experience teaching English to executives and professionals of prestigious corporation. She is a real agent of change and we are sure that her work will have a significant impact on her students' education and careers.


As a Sworn Translator from La Plata University in Argentina, María began her career in 1979 at the National Research Council helping in the edition of scientific papers and the organization of international seminars and conferences. Upon getting a Post Graduate Degree in Education she was also hired to provide in-company language training for professionals and executives at prestigious global companies doing business in South America,  also assisting them with legal and technical documentation as well as business video conference sessions. She works as a free-lance translator and interpreter mostly in topics related to exports, business, finance, engineering,  medical science, human resources and education and teaches English at Universidad Nacional del Sur. Getting involved in various educational, art and cultural exchange programs, such as the Bahía Blanca-Jacksonville Sister Cities Association, which she has chaired for the past 3 yrs has been a passion. With interests varying from tango dancing to travelling, cycling and swimming, she is the proud mother of two under-graduate university students. Helping develop effective communication at all levels has always been her main professional focus.
